All rates are based on double occupancy and subject to Maine Sales Tax

In Season: $20.00 per day ($100 per week) – Off Season: $10.00 per day
No charge for children under 4 years old
Chambermaid Service daily in all rooms and apartments
Complimentary Tea and Coffee served each morning
Free Parking – One car per room or apartment only
Crib rental – $10 per day
Check-In 3 PM
Check-Out 11 AM
Deposit of 50% pre tax required per room.
Cancellations
14 days notice is required for all rooms booked within 8 months of arrival. 30 days notice required for all rooms booked 8+ months in advance. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing via post or email. Deposits will be refunded (less a $50-$150 handling fee per unit depending on the length of stay canceled) if reservations are canceled before the above time periods.
Refunds will not be made for shortened stays or early departures
